Weekly Journal Entry 11/21
Another successful week for the team. PMs touched up a few documents and BA’s continued with the prototype and presentation. The BA’s filmed their supplementary video so all that is left to do is keep practicing and editing the presentation. This upcoming week is fall break so the PMs plan to stay in touch with the BAs as well as help them with their business rules and scope document. We want to maintain the sense of urgency that has been carrying the team through the last couple week to make sure the BAs are ready for their presentation.
