Weekly Journal Entry 11/14
The team had another successful week. The BAs are still completing the work assigned to them and the project is coming together nicely. Each BA is participating and communicating with each other and with the PMs. Their prototype is looking better and they have a finished scenario for the presentation. They also came up with a plan to make a video to aid the presentation and have began writing a script for it. The PMs have done a good job with assisting them and keeping the sense of urgency up. The BAs are even planning to get together to get work done during thanksgiving break! The plan from here is to keep checking to make sure work is getting done and to prepare the BAs for the presentation.
