Weekly Journal Entry 11/7
This week the team made substantial progress. All of the BA’s completed the work they were assigned last week and have become really focused on this project. In the beginning of the week the PMs attempted to increase urgency by showing the BAs the breakdown of work for the rest of the semester. This was successful because it dawned on them that this is the month everything needs to come together and that time is of the essence in preparing for their final presentation. We had another successful meeting where all the BAs were present with most of the PMs, the most people we have seen together all semester. The PMs helped the BAs develop their scenario and provide help with the prototype. We assigned individual work for each BA for the next week, as this method was effective this week. Our “missing” BA Harold is back on board and contributing so there’s no doubt in my mind that the team will be successful.
