Weekly Journal Entry 12/5
This week the BAs had their presentation. Their professors and project sponsors were very impressed and they did a great job. The PMs had multiple meetings to prepare the BAs and made sure they were ready and comfortable. We also helped them make the final editions to our team scope document and business rules. The focus now is to finalize the rest of the project management documents by Monday. I am very pleased with how all the BAs worked together with urgency through the second half of the project. I would call this project a success because of it.
