Weekly Journal Entry 10/31
This was a productive week for both the BAs and the PMs. PMs spent time learning Microsoft Project and the BAs came up with the 1st draft of their prototype. Our missing BA Harold actually showed up to a meeting and we have made a work plan for each BA for the next week. At this weeks’ meetings, PMs helped the BAs understand data schemas, scenarios and the prototype and how they will all fit together for the final presentation. Our plan for the coming week is to individually contact the BAs early in the week to ensure they are doing the work assigned to them and help them if needed. Since it is difficult to all meet, our approach is now to assign each BA specific tasks for the week and come together to review the teams work in meetings so everyone is on the same page. I am confident that the team will succeed with the project if participation and communication between the BAs keep up.
