Weekly Journal Entry 10/24
This week the BAs had their second test. The team made sure they were prepared for it the best we could and the BAs are feeling pretty good about it. The BAs have been working together effectively coming up with prototype ideas. The team had meetings to review different ideas and to get started on a first draft of the prototype. Regular meetings are still taking place and communication remains better it was. It seems that the missing BA, Harold, is trying to get on board with the project by meeting with his professor every week and contributing in class. The PMs still have not heard from him and he still has not shown up to any meetings outside of class. Going forward the BAs will work on a use case and the first draft of the prototype. The PMs will be reviewing their work and providing help and suggestions, as well as trying to get ahold of Harold.
