Demand Pipeline Enhancement – Global PMO

     

  • Business Problem: Axalta’s IT Department experienced a time-consuming, inefficient demand pipeline, leading to stagnation for the majority (70%) of its global IT demands.
  • Overview: Streamline the current IT demand pipeline by consolidating demand workflow process and adding stage gates. Revamp the current ServiceNow PPM’s demand pipeline by adding new features and notification levels to improve stakeholder visibility into the pipeline.
  • My Tasks:
    • Introduced and implemented Agile methodology through the project, from the initial phase of gathering stakeholders’ requirements to keeping tracking of the development work, change management, and QA testing.
    • Collaborated with +15 IT areas and Heads of Regional PMs to gather needs and requirements
    • Developed project plan and sprint planning
    • Translated requirements into user stories and workflow diagrams for the offshore development team
    • Lead daily scrum meetings with Technical Lead and the offshore developers
    • Participated in change management to train project managers about the new demand pipeline and best practices
