Asking about the company’s approach to innovation and new ideas can also be helpful in understanding how the company approaches the use of technology and how I may be able to contribute in this area. Additionally, it can be beneficial to ask about the team that I would be working with and the role that they play in the company, as this can give me a sense of the collaborative environment and how I may fit in with the team.
