- From this webinar, I learned a ton about AI and how these speakers believe AI will be used in the near future. I personally think that the development of AI is pretty interesting, but have been a bit worried about what that means for my future career. Watching this webinar made me feel a bit better though since the speakers emphasized that augmentation, not replacement, remains the most likely outcome of implementing AI into our organizations. One interesting statistic they shared is that by 2028, 50% of employees are expected to have a robot assistant. This led to a discussion about potential ethical concerns related to workers bringing their own AI and whether it would meet ethical standards which is something I never thought about.

- This webinar directly relates to my coursework since I have been learning about the importance of incorporating technology in organizations to optimize their performance. AI would just be the next step in making jobs, especially tech, easier so workers are able to focus on projects that require a bit more brainpower and creativity. Furthermore, this webinar gave me a glimpse into the evolving field of AI and reinforced my interest in pursuing a career in tech.
