I learned that creating a balance between your work life and separate life can be very important and also contribute to how well you do in both. Working on yourself, either physically or mentally, can be beneficial not only for yourself but other aspects in your life. This can open doors to many other opportunities and experiences that you didn’t imagine you could get to.

This activity relates to my career goals because it is something that I also want to work on in my life too. Coursework can get time consuming and rigorous but finding a balance has many benefits in the long run.
