Chair Work: Yoga Fitness and Stretching at Your Desk

I learned how to do some simple stretching and yoga fitness that you can do at your desk in order to get your blood moving while you’re doing work. This relates to my coursework because I sit at my desk for a good chunk of my day and could use some more exercise and blood flow. Now I know some simple exercises that can do just that for me, while still at my desk and being productive.
