With my current job, collecting data is very important. We are able to keep track of everybody that calls in and can go back into the system to revisit there information if needed. Without our data system, it would be extremely difficult to keep track of important information which would in turn would result in us not being able to properly do our job.

What I found most interesting was the population data. That there are fractions of India and China’s population that fit certain statistics that out number certain demographics of the U.S. The amount of human beings expected to be populating the earth by 2050 is unimaginable.
