At the risk of being redundant, I will again refer to the use and practicality of the swim lane diagrams. In my opinion, the most beneficial tool that we have covered thus far is the Swim Lane Diagram. The Swim Lane Diagram offers a more direct approach to following how a system works, as well as making the necessary corrections to the system if it is not operating at its full potential.
