Personal Journal Entry for October 17th
This past week was very effective with communication between the PMs and BAs. We had our weekly meeting with our BAs on Wednesday and had some excellent communication flowing. We got the BAs to start to brainstorm what they want to focus on, we started by helping them brainstorm by tossing out some of our ideas and let them build upon them. Prior to the BA meeting the PMs all met and had a meeting to discuss what we needed to focus on. We haven’t been fixing many deliverables; we start them for class then don’t ever get around to completing them. We made a list of all the deliverables that we had due and assigned each PM tasks, we then uploaded that to the shared drive so everyone can refer back to it. We also asked our BAs to give us their own weekly updates with tasks they have assigned each other and hours they worked on the project, so we will be able to track what everyone has been doing. For next week we asked the BAs to draw us out some prototypes that are thinking of doing so that the PMs are able to critique what they are thinking before moving into Justinmind.
