Personal Journal Entries for Week Ending Friday, November 7th
This week we met with the BAs on Wednesday right before their class as usual. They didn’t have a working prototype to show us but they did show us some of the screens and show us how it would act. It was pretty much a prototype just not done in JustinMind. They told us that they met with their professor prior to our meeting. Their professor said that the idea they had was great, but it was a little to focused on one specific set of customers, once our BAs told us that we agreed that their idea wasn’t broad. The idea is to bring in a lot more customers, but with their idea it was only bringing in one type of customers so we told them how to fix it. For me, I continued to modify our schedule in MS Project. It looks like I have a lot of it working, I just can’t figure out how to get the baseline cost to work in order to run an earned value report. Hopefully by next week I will have that working, we also expect our BAs for next week to have a working prototype done in JustinMind.
