Personal Journal Entry October 3
This week for our team was a slow moving week, no deliverables were due, no interviews were held, and the PM’s and BA’s both had their first tests to study for. Despite the setback of studying for midterms our BA’s are still moving on track. They have started to brainstorm ideas and bring them to our attention to critic or help them modify to better fit the stakeholders needs. According to our schedule the BA’s should have a main idea finalized within a few weeks and start to prototype. Another thing I helped the BA’s with this week was learning some more about Justinmind. In the upcoming weeks we will be teaching the BA’s a lot more in Justinmind and helping them create their first mock ups of a prototype. We have yet to run into any problems with our BA’s and PM’s and I don’t see any problems in the future.
