Personal Journal Entry September 26th
Thus far our team of BA’s has been doing a great job with staying on top of everything. I thought that the BA’s would need a lot of motivation to get things moving on but they are very self-motivated and willing to put in the time. For both interviews I meet with the PM’s and the BA’s and we helped the BA’s develop questions to ask during the interviews. I also attended interview one to help with note taking while the questions were asked. Something I am finding to help build the trust between the PM’s and the BA’s is to tell them about all of the mistakes we made last year. Furthermore, I’m telling the BA’s all the answers I wanted to know when I was in their position.
