I have been employed by Temple University since February 2013 until present. My current title at Temple’s Health Science campus is a Technology Support Consultant. What my job consists of is to provide technical assistance to health care professionals, researchers, and professors in a computer lab with 10 PC’s. On a daily basis I will see between 5-10 clients and I assist and teach them on how to properly use technology to better their work environment.
