Swimming
Swimming has always been a huge part of my life. I have been competitively swimming for 13 years with a few different teams. When I first started out swimming I swam for Springfield Swim Club where I swam for 12 years on this team. I also competitively swam for Springfield High School for 4 years; I qualified three times for the district competition during high school. Once I came to Temple I joined the club swim team. Upon joining the team we have traveled and competed in numerous invitational meets including Penn State, Princeton, Rutgers, Delaware, Villanova, and Maryland. At the end of the year we were invited to the Championship Invitational Meet, which is held at Georgia Tech and we swam in the 1996 Olympic pool.
Golf
A few years ago my father and I started to go to the golf range, after I struck that first perfect ball I was hooked on the game ever since. I have been golfing for about 4 years now and have seen growth in my game. My game is not yet perfect but I have plenty of years ahead of me to perfect it. The game of golf is a great life-long sport that I look forward to playing the rest of my life. At times it may get stressful but when you hit that perfect shot there is no other feeling in the world like it.
