Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, October 24th
For this past week the BAs had another test so communication was slow between the PMs and the BAs, we felt that they needed time to prepare for their second exam. For the PMs we did continue to get work done as we saw needed. I finished up our budget and put our schedule into Microsoft Project, the next step I have for that is to figure out how all the reporting works. As for the other PMs they continued to work on deliverables they were assigned, we have a document on a Google drive with tasks assigned to everyone to complete. Now that we are more than half way through the semester I still see no problems arising, our BAs are extremely focused and willing to get work completed as needed. This upcoming week we have asked the BAs to present us with at least one working prototype. These next few weeks are going to be critical for the BAs if they can stay on top of everything we are asking them to due they will be ahead of the game and not scrambling in the last few weeks.
