Personal Journal Entries October 10th
This week I attended the third and final interview, the employee that came in was what seemed to be their marketing/website admin. He talked about how he tried a shopping cart feature of the website before and had no success, I feel that he just didn’t deploy it properly and failed. These past few weeks things have seemed to be moving slowly with our BA’s and our PM’s. Both groups were beginning to get disconnected from each other. As a PM I felt that we were starting to relax on our BA’s because they are so good at staying on top of things and getting work done. What we did was held a meeting on Wednesday and really got caught up to speed and shared with the BA’s what we were doing. They also shared with us some of their ideas about what they want to do for their project and we stressed to them that they should really start their prototyping now so that they are ahead of the schedule.
