Personal Journal Entries for Week Ending Friday, November 14th
This week I continued to work on the budget and the schedule to update our group on how we are doing. We met with the BAs on Wednesday like usual, we talked with them about starting their business rules. We shared with them our past experiences that we had when we needed to create business rules, we also gave them copies of ours to help them brainstorm their own. They also updated us on what they have for their prototype. So far they have a very basic prototype made in JustinMind, they have a few screens not in just in mind to show how the new site will work. Our BAs are still on track and will have no problems when we are coming down the end on the project. For the PMs we split up some of our work so we can really focus over fall break and finish all of our final deliverables so we don’t need to crunch when we get back from break.
