MIS 3535: Week of 10.11.2014 – 10.17.2014
This week, the PMs produced an Organizational Chart, a list of Stakeholders, and a RACI Chart. I personally created the RACI Chart. Based on feedback from Monday’s class, we will make changes to the documents accordingly.
Our usual weekly meeting with the BAs on Friday has been moved to Monday, due to schedule conflicts. The BAs uploaded the revised scope document, so the PMs will read and critique it over the weekend. For Monday’s meeting, we will go over the scope document the BAs as well as help them with Justinmind, since they are struggling to learn how to use the program.
Once the BAs learn how to use Justinmind, then they should be in pretty good shape. The project is on track and the BAs seem to understand how to approach the prototype. We look forward to seeing what ideas they brainstorm.
