MIS 3535: Week of 11.01.2014 – 11.07.2014
There was not too much work to do for this week, besides for the usual tasks. On Wednesday, Arren and I worked on fixing some issues we had in our group’s Microsoft Project file. As we mentioned during our status report on Wednesday, we feel confident about our BAs’ progress, and they have a great start on the prototype.
We met with two of the BAs, Mike and Trang, on Friday afternoon to discuss where they are in the project, as well as what work they have coming up. We took a look at their prototype, which is looking good. We provided some additional ideas for the prototype that they will incorporate into it in the coming weeks. We also took a look at their Persona and Story, which outlined what their presentation will be like, and who the Persona for the presentation will be. We couldn’t really provide much advice on the presentation yet, because there is still a lot of work that they have yet to work on before the presentation. The BAs are hard at work though, so we feel confident that they will have great material to present.
