MIS 3535: Week of 11.08.2014 – 11.14.2014
There was not too much to cover for this week. The only deliverable we had due was the revised risk management report, which Sandi worked on. We had our usual weekly meeting with the BAs on Friday, which was productive. Their prototype is looking great, with a few functional issues to sort out. Richard Flannagan thinks it needs to be more innovative, though, so they will have to work on that. In addition, we glanced through their business rules and helped them develop even more. We also guided them on how to structure their presentation, which is just a few weeks away. I am pleased to say that as of now, the project is going all according to plan.
