In my opinion, swim lane diagrams are the most beneficial because they use lanes that are assigned an actor (individual, department, division, group, machine, or entity) making it easy to follow the process of certain work or activities. One interesting fact that stuck out to me was that today’s learner will have 10-14 jobs by the age of 38. To me, that is unbelievable. The rate in which people change jobs is crazy.
