One of the things that became more evident to me while preparing for the exam was the scope of versatility of the various diagrams from the unit. As we saw in class last week, both the Swim Lane Diagrams and the Entity Relationship Diagrams can be used in tandem to demonstrate, clarify, establish and improve processes.
