Details of the Activity: Instructor Christina Truong introduces the foundation and concepts of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). LinkedIn Learning provides video lessons and hands-on activities to learn how to change the appearance of webpages.
What I Learned: Through this activity, I learned some of the different ways that are available to style webpages. Specifically, I learned about how to write basic selectors, change the display of text, and work with the box model.
How the activity relates to career goals: After previously learning HTML, I thought that it would be beneficial to also learn CSS. Learning CSS allows me to expand my knowledge of webpages so that I may work with them more in the future and throughout my career.
