Details of the Activity: This course teaches the foundations of HTML. Taught by Jen Simmons, the course introduces concepts of website and web application development and how to format and structure content.
What I Learned: I learned the history of HTML and its basic elements. In addition to HTML, I learned about other programming languages and how they may be useful in the development of websites.
How the activity relates to career goals: This activity introduced me to my first programming language. It helped me understand the basics of HTML in hopes that I can learn other languages and code in the future.
